Return & Refund Policy Items can be returned or replaced if they arrive damaged or break within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.

 

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or breaks within 30 days of delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a free replacement or full refund.

• Personalized Items: All personalized products are Final Sale. We cannot accept returns on these items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Change of Mind: For non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 30 days. In these cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Process: To start a claim for a broken item, please send a photo of the damage to our support email. Once received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
